NBI Computer Services started with a simple idea. Treat all of our clients the same way that we want to be treated. Talk to the customer, Not down at the customer. If a customer does not understand something then take the time to explain it in simple terms not hi tech talk. And never hi pressure sell, just offer the information that the customer needs to make the right choices. Add the best support service in the industry and you have NBI Computer Services Inc.

NBI Computer Services is a small privately held corporation located in the Bronx NY. We have been committed to service the people of the Bronx and Westchester for the last 10 years and we intend to remain located in the Bronx as our business grows.

Our Business Philosophy

We believe that the customer disserves a fighting chance. There are so many inferior computers and computer parts on the market that it is easy to buy something because of price. only to find out later that the thing doesn't work,  or works badly.  We shop for and stock only the best of the best so the customer doesn't have to sort though all the poor quality parts trying find the good one.  We might not have the cheapest parts or computer systems but we do have the best.

We also think that the customer should not be left on their own after the sale.  We follow up with each client that buys anything from us.  From the thirty dollar CD drive for their home PC to the thirty thousand dollar network for their business we will call you to make sure that you are happy with your items and all is working.  Sure you can find cheaper prices but remember, Low price is easy to offer it is quality & service that's hard.
