What is a Digital Presentations
Basically a digital presentation is a tool. It can be a Microsoft Power Point slide show or in be a mpeg or DVD video.
What use is it to me?
Perhaps you have a product to sell or a
service to offer. maybe you are looking to show your company to
investor. Do you have employees to train. All of these things
and more are perfect reasons to get it done by a digital
presentation..
Why you ask?
Well one reason
is they make your show uniform. What if you have to train 10
new employees, and the training takes place at two different locations. How sure
will you be that the all the employees are getting the exact same
and complete information? By
placing your training video you can be sure that all of your
employees have gotten the exact same information. What this means is
you can not ever get the "I was never told that" argument again. And
by having your training on CD or DVD disk it is easy to duplicate
and distribute
to your instructors. If you do not have and instructors you can show
your presentation to any one where there is a computer or DVD player
is available
because your disk will play on just about any computer system or DVD
player. You can train one person or a whole classroom using a digital
projector and a laptop computer.
This is just one of the uses of digital presentations
Fund raising is also another good use of digital presentations. What if your organization sent out a CD Disk containing a video of what your group does and shows how well it does it instead of that boring letter or brochure it sends out every year.
