& Payment Information
At this
time NBI is accepting the following forms of payment
Personal Check, Money order, Cash,
MasterCard, Visa, American Express & Discover
Ordering on the Web
Ordering on our web site is easy. Just place the items you wish to
order in your electronic shopping cart and follow the on screen
instructions. When you are finished just go to check out and
complete your order. (NBI does not, and will not use an instant buy
system).
Once we receive your order you will receive two E-mails. The first
will have your order number, any adjusted shipping charges and taxes,
and the total amount of your order.
You will receive the second when your order has been shipped and it
will have your invoice number, ship date, and ship time. We will
include a tracking number so you may follow the progress of your
package'(s) and know approximately when it will arrive.
Please use your invoice/customer number when contacting us with any
questions you may have.
Ordering by Phone
Ordering by phone is just as easy as ordering on the web and if you
need more information on any of our products or services ordering by
phone is the best way to go. Our well-trained staff will do their
best to provide you with all the information you need including
prices. Should you deicide to place your order by phone we will
confirm your order on the spot and provide you with your invoice
number and total price.
Payment by Check or Money Order
If paying by check or money order please make it payable to “NBI
Computer Services” and mail the payment to the address below. Do not
send your check or money order before you receive your invoice
number. Please be sure to write the invoice number on the lower left
corner of your check or money order and include an email address if
possible. You will receive notice (by E-mail) when your payment has
been received and when your order is shipped. NBI will also provide
an order tracking number for all shipments whenever possible.
Please note that all personal checks must completely clear our bank before
your order can be shipped. This can delay shipping your order for as
much as thirty (30) days. Money orders and certified checks will ship within
24-48 hours if the items are in stock. You will be notified should
there be any delays in shipping your order.

International Orders
Payment must be in the form of certified check or postal money.
Credit cards will not be accepted on international orders. Payment
can also be made by western union money transfer.
All payments MUST be in US. Funds.
