At your location our techs can perform most of the basic computer repairs to get your computer running. On site repairs are available from 10:00 am till 9:00 pm EST. 7 days a week. 

Emergency repairs are available 24 hours a day.

Please note: Some repairs involving static sensitive parts such as motherboards and other static sensitive components require special handling due to this we will not do them on site but will advise you as to why the computer must be taken back to our shop to properly complete the repair.

You may bring your computer to our location for repairs during our normal hours of operation 9:00am till 9:00pm Monday thru Friday, 10:00am till 3:00pm on Saturday and Sunday.  Our turn-around time for repairs is normally 48-72 hours but many times your computer is repaired within one day.  Please call before coming as we might by out of the shop and we do not want you to waste your time. If you wish, for a small fee, we can arrange to have your computer picked up and returned to you when the work is completed.  NBI has been providing computer repair service in the Bronx since 1999.
