Our Products
Standard Rates
NBI charges an hourly rate of $100.00 per hour with a one hour minimum for all work performed in our facilities. Should the repair or upgrade take more than an hour to complete you will be charged $25.00 for each additional 15 minutes of service time. Parts and taxes are additional.
Appointment Policy
We feel that this is fairer than the flat rate system that other
services use. Getting charged $200.00 or more for what could be
ten minutes work just does not seem right to us.
Emergency Repair Rates
Emergency repairs are any work performed or requested ether outside of our normal hours of operation, on the same day the work is requested, or work performed on holidays.
In our shop NBI charges an hourly rate of $150.00 per hour with a one hour minimum for any work performed the same day as requested,
Should the repair or upgrade take more than an hour to complete you
will be charged 50.00 for each additional 20 minutes of service
time. Parts and taxes are additional.
No appointments are necessary for walk-in's but we ask that you
please call before you come. There are times we are not in and we do
not want you to waste your time. There is normally ample street
parking in our area but you should be aware of the street cleaning
rules which are
No parking on Monday and Thursday between 8:00 and 9:30Am on the
Northbound side of street.
No parking on Tuesday and Friday between 8:00 and 9:30Am on the
Southbound side of street.
There are no restrictions on the side streets.
