Standard Rates Appointment Policy
Should you request an on-site emergency response after hours 9:00pm till 9:am EST Or on holidays the hourly rate is
$250.00 per hour with a one hour minimum charge. Should the repair take more than an hour to complete you will be charged
$62.50 for each additional 15 minutes of service time. Parts and
taxes are additional.
NBI charges an hourly rate of $150.00 with a minimum
of one hour of service time for all work performed in your
facilities. Should the repair or upgrade take more than an hour to
complete you will be charged $50.00 for each additional 20 minutes
of service time. Parts and taxes are additional.
We feel that this is fairer than the flat rate system that other
services use. Getting charged $400.00 or more for what could be
ten minutes work just does not seem right to us.
For standard rates we ask that you make an appointment by contacting
us by phone or email. Once your appointment is confirmed
one of our technicians will arrive at you location within 30 minutes
of your appointment time. If for some reason beyond our
control we are running late we will call you and give you the option
of allowing us to come at a later time the same day. While we
do understand that things happen NBI does reserve the right to
charge a cancellation fee of $50.00.
Emergency Repair Rates
Emergency repairs are repairs that are performed or requested
ether outside of our normal hours of operation, on the same day the work is requested, or on holidays.
