Telephone Based |Support

Computer users can obtain pay-per-incident tech support by phone at a rate of $50.00 per incident which can be charged to a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or Amex).
When you call you will be assigned an incident number, which must be referred to on all future calls related to the incident. The fee will allow the user unlimited calls to our support center for answers to the incident number assigned for one year or until the user reports that the incident is satisfactory resolved.
Additional calls to the support center will not be charged unless they involve a different support issue or are requested after the issue has been closed.
A support incident will be closed when:

1-the customer has reported that the issue has been resolved or
2- the customer has not called the support center for a period of 30 days after which it will be assumed that the issue has been resolved.

Once an support issue is closed it cannot be reopened. A new incident number will be assigned and the customer will be charged the current fee.

Should the customer have any other questions unrelated to the original incident even if it is discussed during a single phone call the customer will be subject to an additional charge and a second incident number will be assigned.

One and two year unlimited tech support contracts are also available.
